Key Metrics
- Impressions: 140,000 (+11%)
- Clicks: 641 (-8.95%)
- CTR: 0.46% (-18%)
- Average Position: 17.5 (-9.84%)

What It Means
The site appeared in more searches during May, but lower rankings and a reduced CTR limited the number of clicks generated from that additional visibility. Branded searches continue to perform well, particularly “metro offices” (position 2.4) and several location-specific branded queries that rank in positions 1–3. The biggest opportunity remains keywords ranking between positions 10–20, where the site is already earning impressions but not capturing as many clicks as it could. Moving those terms onto page one would likely produce meaningful traffic gains without requiring additional search demand.
Keyword Patterns
Branded searches continue to drive a significant share of search traffic. “metro offices” generated 62 clicks at an average position of 2.4, while branded variations such as “metro office,” “metrooffices,” and location-specific searches all ranked prominently and maintained strong visibility.
The second layer of opportunity sits within service and location pages ranking near the bottom of page one or on page two. Several of the top landing pages are averaging positions between 14 and 27 while still generating thousands of impressions. These pages are visible enough to attract searchers but not ranking high enough to maximize click-through rates. A modest ranking improvement could substantially increase traffic from existing impressions.
Traffic remains concentrated on a relatively small group of pages. The homepage generated 113 clicks, while the next highest-performing pages generated between 38 and 51 clicks each. Broadening organic visibility across additional location and service pages would reduce reliance on a handful of landing pages and create more sustainable growth.
What We Recommend
- Prioritize optimization of pages currently ranking between positions 10–20 through content expansion, internal linking, and stronger location relevance signals.
- Strengthen service-related pages tied to virtual office and office rental searches, which already show strong local ranking potential in Google Business Profile data.
- Improve title tags and meta descriptions on high-impression pages to increase CTR and recover clicks from existing visibility.
- Expand supporting content around office space, virtual office, and location-specific topics to help additional pages compete for non-branded searches.
How We’ll Measure Improvement
The primary goal is to convert existing visibility into more traffic by improving rankings and click-through rates on pages already generating impressions.
- More keywords moving from positions 11–20 into page-one rankings
- Higher CTR on high-impression landing pages
- Click growth without requiring major impression increases
- More pages contributing meaningful organic traffic beyond the current top performers
